Delivery

Orders above €125 are shipped free of charge.

Delivery under €125 costs €12.50 within the Ring A10 and €17.50 if you live outside the ring or in Amstelveen.

For shipping, we work with a courier who uses cargo bikes.

When completing your order, you can select the shipping date and a delivery time.

For orders placed BEFORE 6:00 PM, you can select the next business day (or any other day in the future). If we place an order on Monday at 2:00 PM, we can select delivery starting Tuesday.

For orders placed AFTER 6:00 PM, you can select a delivery date of at least two days later (or another day in the future). If we place an order on Monday at 7:00 PM, we can select delivery starting Wednesday.

We use different shipping windows:

• 11:00 – 12:30

• 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• 12:00 – 13:30

• 12:30 – 14:00

• 13:00 – 14:30

• 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

• 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

• 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

• 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

We have two different shipping rates:

• Within the ring: 12.50 (incl. VAT)

• Outside the ring: €17.50 (incl. VAT)

The correct shipping rate is automatically selected based on the zip code of your address.

If your postal code is not validated, but you are located near Amsterdam, please contact us via the form. We will then contact our delivery partner to see if we can still help you.
